Has over 15 years of experience in civil and business litigation, with a focus on civil liability and consumer law.

Advises domestic and multinational mid-sized and large companies in the telecommunications, medical-hospital and banking sectors, defending their interests before judicial and administrative bodies, including consumer protection agencies (PROCONs) throughout the country.

Also has extensive experience in the management of high-volume caseloads, risk assessment and contingency planning, development of settlement teams, and creation of workflows and work routines. Additionally holds expertise in budget management, department cost and revenue control, and client billing.
